Hi Kevin. Your feedback, sorry I've taken so long.
I had a blowout on the A12, north of Colchester, and was able to limp into the BP Services there. My car doesn't carry a spare or a spacesaver, but a can of foam. That's not a lot of help when the tyre is shredded!
The AA does what the AA does best and took nearly two hours to get to me. Having been told I needed a transporter they sent a van to tow me! My car has an unusual tyre size and a new one couldn't be located. However, the AA found Kevin at KK Mobile Tyre Service. It was now 8.30pm. He found a suitable tyre, at a cheap price that I couldn't refuse. He also drove from Wickford to Colchester, a distance of some 30 miles, to fit it and arrived just before 10.00pm. I was on the road again just after 10.00pm.
I was a captive customer and Kevin could have charged far more than he did. I would recommend his services at any time to anyone.

It was a pleasure dealing with someone who has customer service at the forefront of their actions and not just a quick profit from someone in a difficult situation.
I have now distributed your card to all my engineers in the Essex region and told them to call you in the case of emergency as well as for normal tyre replacement at end of life.

The service I recieved from KK Mobile was second to none. I had to locate a mobile tyre company on the Easter bank holiday weekend as I was due to drive 300 miles back home to sunderland on saturday 22/3. KK Mobile was the only company that both answered the phone and returned the call within 10 minutes.
I made the call at 6:30 and KK Mobile were with me within 30 minutes and had the problem fixed within a further 45 minutes.
The service was fast, efficient, fiendly and was something that you do not see very much these days.
Even though I now live in Sunderland I would highly recommend KK Mobile.

‘ was very pleased with the fast, efficient service that I received today from kkmobile. My car uses run flats which are a little tricky to source, and all local dealers did not stock them on the shelf. Called kkmobile who quoted me a better than garage price, and was fitted at home, which was great as the tyre to be replaced was shredded, and the car was unable to go anywhere! Would highly recommend, and will use again when next tyre is due a change.’

Unfortunately for me I had a blow out after hitting debris in the road. I gave K K mobile a phone call at 7.30pm that evening and they came the next day to replace my tyre. Not only did they provide the quick turn around but they came to my workplace to carry out the work, which saved me the time of going home and waiting in for them. I found myself in the situation of having 2 punctures on my car,
after calling the normal places to get quotes I gave KK mobile tyre service a call
expecting them to be the most expensive from all the quotes I had got, but they were
the cheapest-and with no call out charge as well!!
They turned up an hour later after having to drive to Southend to get the 2 tyres for me,
the whole job was done in 35 minutes and
I'm more than satisfied with the service I got

I called you about my puncture which had left us stranded in the middle of what should have been an enjoyable day out. Having not checked my tyres for ages discovered one was a little on the thin side,
to say the least, so contacted KK on a Sunday, job done Monday lunchtime.
Who could ask for more, the price quoted on the phone was considerably cheaper

At 7pm I checked my wife's car tyre pressures etc., as she and my son were departing on holiday to Cornwall at 6.30a.m. next day.
Shock/horror, discovered tyre wall badly damaged and no one in my part of the world could help. Other so called 24hr service cowboys had no tyres, didn't answer, couldn't help.
Contacted KK. Had tyres, Could help, "Kingston on where? meet me half way." Knowing the predicament I was in, this guy could have tucked me right up but didn't.

Just a line to thank you for the excellent service that you provided to me last week. My wife's car had a flat tyre, which had possibly been slashed. I needed someone to come out, check the damage, give me a report and replace any damaged tyres.
I have in the past always used the big tyre firms, this time was no exception, I contacted KwikFit - they agreed to come out, quoted me a price for the job and then phoned back later that day to say they couldn't come out after all until the next day.
However my wife needed the car the next day to drive me to and from the hospital for an operation! In desperation I turned to the Yellow Pages to find another mobile tyre service, expecting to pay through the nose. By a stroke of luck I picked K K Mobile Tyre Service.
Someone was smiling on me that day. You came out that day, at the time you said you would, understood the problem immediately, checked everything out, gave me a report, replaced the tyre (with a superior quality tyre) and re balanced all the wheels........all at a lower cost than KwikFit had quoted.
All in the most efficient way, with courtesy and I was able to pay by credit card at the roadside. You were a delight to do business with and I will certainly use K K Mobile Tyre Services rather than the big tyre companies in the future.
